Lloyd Longnion is the Principlal of Group 22 Development, an alliance of experienced professionals providing leadership, team and organization development services for private and public companies and organizations.

His expertise and current focus areas are assessing leadership team values and behaviour, improving group dynamics, and accelerating development of both teams and individual leaders.Prior to his consultation practice, Lloyd spent more than 20 years managing leadership development functions in financial services, retail, high tech, aerospace, utilities and directing innovative adult learning programs in the public sector.

Lloyd holds an undergraduate degree in business management from Lamar University and a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Texas A& M University. Lloyd resides in Idaho and practices throughout North America.
