She was a Senior Human Resource Director at three major high technology companies providing strategic and tactical HR support. She has experience working in the United States, Asia and Europe. In her consulting business she has worked with large and small companies offering value added HR practices that align with and help organizations accomplish their strategic goals. Her expertise lies in helping organizations asses, plan and implement human resource strategies. Kathy has an undergraduate degree in business from Marylhurst University in Oregon. She is also a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Executive Human Resource Program.
