Jappie Sietsma is senior HR professional with more then 20 years experience in various Human Resources roles, all in the international business environment. His assignments have been in different types of industry such as high tech, biotech and the automotive industry.
Jappie has worked as an independent HR consultant for international operating companies since 1999. Prior to his consultation practice, Jappie spent more then 15 years in senior HR roles, mainly in the high tech Industry, primarily for USA based companies operating in Europe.
Though a generalist, his focus areas are: Compensation, Benefits, European HR policies & strategies, Performance Management Systems, Organisational Change and Restructuring. He covers assignments on an interim/acting HR professional basis or short and long term projects.
Jappie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen (Netherlands). Based in the Netherlands, Jappie has responsibility for countries across the European Union.
