Leadership Defined© an integrated coaching series is a development program for leaders and high potential  managers that combines learning, application and tailored personal coaching for all participants. It has successfully been delivered in many organizations - preparing those that lead for success in their current roles and providng them the tools to develop and deliver more.

"Leadership Defined©, a Personal Coaching Series" is delivered to individuals in organizations and designed specifically for them. The goal is to coach them through issues and prepare them for greater responsibility.

The Integrated Team Coaching Series

A leadership development course, the "Integrated Team Coaching Series" incorporates the tactical and strategic aspects of leading people.

This course is delivered in a way that integrates the learning with the leaders daily responsibilities over a period of time. The team learns together, shares experiences and practices together. Individuals receive personalized coaching  as they apply the learning in the workplace. The program is customized to incorporate the organizations' culture, values, policies and programs so that the learning is directly applicable.

Leadership concepts provide tools for participants to lead teams and manage projects. There are a series of group training sessions covering the tactical areas of day-to-day management. Participants learn how to effectively interview & select the best, set and measure solid goals, and motivate and coach their teams. The organization gets results through higher team productivity and retention.

The Personal Coaching Series

The "Personal Coaching Series" evolved from the original package and is a modified version of the team experience with more emphasis on personal styles, skills and coaching for success. It incorporates concepts developed by Kouzes & Posner, Steven Covey and others while utilizing unique learning tools.

This package can be customized for the individual and focuses on specific development needs as well as internal  issues such as managing a specific team, time management, interpersonal issues, job fit and career. The program is designed to achieve the specific objectives identified by the organization and/or the individual.

Assessments

HR Construct is certified to deliver and interpret the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II® (KTS-II). The Keirsey Temperament Sorter current client applications include identification of leadership capability, team building, team communications, best fit positions for new hires and best roles for existing staff during change and reorganization. Using this tool, HR Construct has worked with organizations to assess leadership skills, increase team effectiveness, reduce workplace conflict and better match employee skills to critical projects.
